All Items are sold as ANTIQUE collectors items only and are not warranted for shooting.

All items are guaranteed to be Antique and of the date stated on the Web pages . BEFORE YOU ORDER, please be aware of your own countries laws on collecting of antique guns.

PAYMENT : Can be made by money-order, cashier's check, Personal check or Credit cards. VISA , MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER , and Debit Cards.

3% Convenience fee applies on Credit Card purchases / 4% on Foreign Credit card Purchases: Convenience fee is not Refundable.

RETURN POLICY : Three day inspection privilege. If not satisfied, notify us by phone, or E-Mail and return the item unfired and in the same condition as it was initially shipped and we will refund the ITEM PURCHASE PRICE promptly. ( Customer is responsible for all ours and their shipping cost ). If the price of shipping is included in the sale price and the item is returned, the shipping charge is deducted from the amount to be returned to customer. At gun shows, antique arms shows, and items shipped outside the U.S., all sales are final. The 3 Day Inspection period, does not apply to items shipped outside of the United States. Exceptions can be made on an individual situation basis. Prior to shipping, all requests for detailed images, descriptions, and any other information will be accurately furnished.

LAYAWAY : Buyer pays 30% down or by negotiation. Balance due 60 days after initial payment. (No return or refund on layaway items).

SHIPPING : The buyer pays all shipping and insurance expenses. We normally ship Fed Ex , Standard Overnight or Two Day Air, unless notified otherwise.
